What this site collects, and what it doesn't. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who runs this site
John Martinez Ayala, based in the UK. Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics; Resend delivers the emails described below.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits, see which buttons get clicked (such as Book a call or Email me), and measure how fast pages load.
Both are cookieless. They store nothing on your device, don't identify you, and don't follow you to other sites.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie of its own, called ctx. It remembers which version of the menu you're browsing (Designer, Design Engineer or AI), so the menu stays the same as you move between project pages. It holds only that one word, isn't used for anything else, and is deleted when you close your browser.
The AI pages are private and only open with an access link. If you use one, two more cookies (ai_access and ai_seen) keep those pages unlocked for 30 days and note which of them you've opened.
AI pages
When an access link to the AI pages is used, the site emails me through Resend, an email delivery service. The email says which company the link was made for, which page was opened, the country the visit came from, and the browser used. I use it only to know the link was opened and to follow up on that conversation.
I keep those emails for up to 12 months, then delete them.
