// The Brief

Client

Bluzelle — a Web3 GameFi platform on a 10,000 TPS blockchain

Challenge

A developer-focused site that alienated the mainstream gamers and crypto users they needed to reach

Goal

Make blockchain gaming feel accessible without losing technical credibility

Scope

Full redesign, custom 3D/CGI, visual identity, responsive Webflow development

// The Challenge

How do you make blockchain feel like a game — not a whitepaper?

Bluzelle had built genuinely impressive technology — a blockchain capable of 10,000 transactions per second with full Cosmos Chain interoperability. But their website spoke exclusively to developers.

The new GameFi direction meant reaching gamers, NFT collectors, and a broader crypto audience without alienating their technical base. The existing design was dense, jargon-heavy, and felt more like documentation than a product. They needed a complete reimagining — not just a redesign, but a fundamental shift in how they presented themselves.

// The Approach

Three moves that changed everything.

Rather than iterating on what existed, I proposed a ground-up rethink of the site's narrative, visual language, and information architecture.

Led with the game, not the chain

Instead of opening with blockchain specs, I restructured the narrative to lead with Bluzelle's gaming products. The technology became a supporting character — powerful but not overwhelming. Visitors see what they can play before they learn how it works.

Built a visual language from the game world

I created custom 3D graphics and a system inspired by gaming interfaces — energy bars, XP counters, inventory grids — giving the site a personality native to both gaming and crypto without pandering to either.

Designed for dual audiences

The information architecture creates two clear paths: casual visitors get a product-first experience, while technical users dive into docs, tokenomics, and validator info. Neither wades through content meant for the other.

// The Result

A site that converts visitors into players.

The redesign immediately shifted perception. Bluzelle went from feeling like a developer tool to feeling like a product people want to use. The custom 3D work set them apart in a sea of generic crypto sites, and the dual-path architecture meant both audiences finally felt spoken to.
