Bluzelle
A games-first redesign for a blockchain built for games, with every 3D element modelled and hand-animated in Blender.
A games company with a documentation-style website.
Bluzelle had serious technology: a blockchain handling 10,000 transactions per second, with Cosmos interoperability. Its website spoke only to developers and read like documentation.
The move into GameFi meant reaching gamers and NFT collectors while keeping the technical audience it already had.
The Approach
Show the world first, then the specs.
The idea was a blockchain where games live, and everything on the site had to look like it.
Games first
I rebuilt the narrative to open with Bluzelle's games. The technology moved into a supporting role: visitors see what they can play before they read how it works.

3D made and animated by hand
I modelled and hand-animated every 3D element in Blender. For the UI, I borrowed from game interfaces: energy bars, XP counters and inventory grids.

A route for each audience
Players get a product-first path. Developers go straight to docs, tokenomics and validator information.

The Result
A blockchain that looked like somewhere to play.
The redesign moved Bluzelle from looking like a developer tool to looking like a games platform, with 3D made specifically for it. It was delivered in eight weeks and scored 96 on PageSpeed.
