One clinic, two very different people walking through the door.

Reach Rehab serves two audiences that barely overlap. On one side, clients seeking clinical rehabilitation — often referred, often navigating recovery from injury or a health event, who need reassurance and clarity. On the other, performance and personal-training clients looking to get stronger, who respond to energy and results.

The site had to speak to both without feeling split-brained — warm and trustworthy enough for someone in recovery, motivating enough for someone chasing performance, and clear enough that neither gets lost on the way to booking.

The design leads with empathy, then splits cleanly so each visitor finds their route without friction.

A clear fork, right up front

The homepage presents the two service arms — Recovery & Performance and Rehabilitation Services — as distinct, equal paths. Visitors self-select in seconds instead of hunting through a single generic menu.

A tone that reassures

Warm imagery, calm color, and plain, human language keep the site approachable for clients in recovery — credible and clinical without ever feeling cold or intimidating.

Built to book

Clear calls to action and an integrated class/appointment registration flow turn interest into booked sessions — including a campaign-ready grand-opening class signup for the new clinic.
