Reach Rehab
A clinic website that grew to cover two services, rehabilitation first and then a recovery and performance studio, with a home page that sends each visitor to the right one.
(opens in a new tab)The clinic opened a studio. The site had to make room for it.
I built Reach Rehab's first site for its rehabilitation services. When they opened a recovery and performance studio, they brought me back to add it.
The two sides serve different people. Rehab clients are often referred and recovering from an injury. Performance clients want to get stronger. A second site next to the first would have made both harder to use, so I advised them on how to present the two together.
The Approach
Two routes, as few clicks as possible.
The home page has one job: get each visitor to the right place, fast.
A clear fork on the home page
The two services sit side by side as equal options. A quick-links bar at the bottom covers the most common destinations, so nobody has to search.

A custom image set
I created a custom image set with AI, in a friendly illustrated style similar to Airbnb's. It gives both services one consistent visual language.

Built to book
Every route ends in a booking through Jane, the clinic's scheduling platform. That includes sign-ups for the new studio's opening classes.

The Result
Two services, one site that books.
Reach Rehab runs both services from one site. Visitors pick their route on the home page, and the funnel takes them to a booking. The site scores 99 on PageSpeed.

“Working with John as my web designer was a great experience. He was responsive, receptive to my ideas, and took the time to understand the vision I had for my website. He followed through on every design request, made changes promptly, and delivered everything in a timely manner. I really appreciate his professionalism and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled web designer.”
